The silicone screen printing ink is pasty form ,two components, it cures to be silicone rubber on exposure to heat. With the Silicone Ink you can print on any items made of silicone rubber including custom silicone wristbands, cellphone cases, swimming caps, keypads,any type of popular promotional items made of silicone rubber.The silicone ink has two types of glossy and matt, abrasion resistance, waterproof and heat resistance.
The silicone soft touch coating is mainly used outside coating on the cured silicone rubber surfaces, cured at high temperature (180℃).Characterized by smooth feeling, friction resisting, dust proof, good covering strength and adhesion strength. The silicone soft touch coating is suitable for use in silicone adult products, silicone mobile phone case, silicone watchband, silicone keypad, silicone tube, silicone artware and other silicone products.
Our silicone platinum curing agent is added in the solid raw silicones for the cross linking of food and medical grade silicone rubber products, The vulcanized products can pass the FDA test, it features with non-toxic, odourless, high grade of transparency, well anti-yellowing and other properties.
Silicone color masterbatch is used for coloring HTV silicone rubber compounds . Silicone masterbatch is concentrated, offer excellent dispersion and consistent color. Silicone masterbatch are very concentrated and a very small amount of masterbatch will color a proportionally large amount of silicone.
The printing liquid silicone rubber is excellent weather resistance, good elasticity, non-toxic, strong adhesion with all kinds of textile cloths. It is widely used in printing clothes, caps, ribbons, sporting gloves, socks, footwear and so on.
