The silicone printing ink is pasty form ,two components,applied to print on silicone products.
The silicone printing ink is cured at room temperature, no baking required to cure.
The silicone ink can be printed on any items made of silicone rubber including silicone wristbands, cellphone cases, swimming caps, keypads,any type of popular promotional items made of silicone rubber.
Silicone printing ink can be used in screen printing and pad printing silicone products.
The silicone ink has two types of glossy and matt, abrasion resistance, waterproof and heat resistance.
Any color of silicone printing ink can be customized.

2, Mix Component B, Solvent (Aviation kerosene) and Component A at weight ratio B:Solvent:A=10:10:100
( for example, 10 grams Component B, 10 grams Solvent mixing 100 grams Component A ) . Must mix Component B and Solvent first, stir evenly, then mix Component A , stir evenly again. 3, Print the ink on the silicone products’ surface. 4, The ink is cured at room temperature, the ink surface is cured in 2 hours, the ink is completely cured after 24 hours.1, To achieve ideal adhesion of ink to silicone rubber ,make sure you clean the silicone rubber surfaces to remove dirts or dust, rub the sand paper against silicone rubber surfaces if silicone rubber had extra coating on it which affect adhesion.
2, The silicone printing ink Ink must avoid contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur substances, otherwise it will lead to the ink can not be cured.
3, The mixed ink should be used up within 8 hours.
The baking type of silicone printing ink is also supplied.
