Silicone Pressure Sensitive Adhesive For Bra Sticking Skin PRODUCT DESCRIPTION LM-92AB is two-component of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, it is heating curing, also can cure at room temperature. After curing, it has good adhesion with silicone rubber, cloth and other materials , and has excellent surface stripping force, it can be reusable when sticking skin. LM-92AB is used in silicone bra, medical scar patch and other products. TECHNICAL PARAMETER Component: LM-92A and LM-92B Appearance: Flowable transparency colloid Viscosity: 12000±500 mpa.s Density: 1.06~1.12 g/cm³ Mix ratio by weight : LM-92A : LM-92B=1:1 USAGE 1, Weigh: Based on the weight ratio A:B=1:1 by using electronic scale to determine the adhesive weight. 2, Mixing: Using clean stir tool to stir evenly. 3, Brush adhesive: Brush the mixed adhesive on the silicone bra. 4, Heating curing : Baking the adhesive at 100℃ in oven for 1~3 minutes to cure , then take out and cool it down. ( The adhesive also can be curing at room temperature, the curing time is 2~3 hours at 25℃ ) 5, Test finished products: Test viscosity by hand touch,qualified product is covered with release soft thin film to avoid dust. SHELF LIFE 6 months without mixing PACKING 1KG/Bottle, 25KG/ Barrel, 200KG/Barrel ATTENTION 1, After LM-92A mixing LM-92B, need to use up this mixed adhesive within an hour. 2, The viscosity and curing time of LM-92AB can be adjusted according to client's requirements.
